We were commissioned to record a £10.5 million regeneration project in Cotgrave, centred around the construction of a new multi-service hub for GP services, the police, the library, and a Rushcliffe Borough Council contact point.
As part of the wider redevelopment, the existing police station, library, and health centre were removed and replaced with a landscaped public open space designed to create a more welcoming setting for shoppers and visitors.
The project was captured using one solar-powered time-lapse camera, supported by on-the-ground video footage filmed during key periods of activity.
The online viewer also provided the project manager with a valuable tool for monitoring progress throughout the build.
